Well, you know, when you look for a car you kinda know what you want, but Jason did an exceptional job helping us find what we really needed because my husband has a bad leg and he cannot get in and out of  most vehicles very well. Jason did everything but carry him... he made my husband very comfortable as we test-drove three vehicles and finally decided on a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. It has everything we need and none of those features we don't need. They were very fair to us on the price, too, and Tracey explained all the extended warranty options and didn't pressure us at all.
