We bought two new cars in one day...

My husband and I almost came to Bonham Chrysler several years ago, but my family talked us into using our local dealership at the last minute. I had talked on the phone with Leah Hamilton and she was very helpful and friendly, but in the end, we went with our local dealer. Last week, however, I went back to the same dealership to talk to them about trading in both of our cars and the service was not what I have come to expect. I had to wait for over an hour to speak to my sales rep even after making an appointment several days out. Then they told me they wouldn’t be able to do a double trade and that they didn’t have anything that would work for us on their lot.

I went home frustrated and happened to think of Leah. Within about 10 minutes on the phone with her, I had already accomplished more than I did in several hours at the other dealership. She told me she’d put something together and get back to me. The next morning I got a call from her that she had some great vehicles in mind, within our payment range. A few hours later we were looking at several great options and purchasing our new cars.

We were very impressed with the service we received by Leah and James. I truly feel that they had our best interests in mind and at no time did I feel pressured. The service was top-notch and their pre-owned inventory was truly unbelievable. I would recommend Bonham Chrysler to any of my friends or family.
