We bought a truck from y'all Saturday night and just
wanted to take the time to share the experience. We drove to you from Lewisville to look at two trucks you had on your lot. I spoke with Jason Boaz on the phone, who was very friendly and helpful. He informed me that both trucks were still available, so we made the hour and a half drive to your dealership. Once there, Jason was working with some other customers but a gentleman by the name of Regg offered to let us drive the vehicles until Jason was free. After driving the first one our minds were set on which vehicle we wanted. Regg stepped up and started our purchasing process with no hesitations. We bought a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado. We love the truck, loved your sales people (Jason and Regg), and look foward to purchasing vehicles from you again. Thank you for the no pressure salesman and fair deals.

I live in the DFW metroplex, and there are a lot of car dealerships here. When I wanted a new truck, I shopped around. I wanted good service and a great price. I got that at Bonham Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I got a Dodge 2500 4x4 Power Wagon and it is awesome! The truck I wanted was right there on the lot at Bonham. I didnt have to wait for it to be ordered. My sales guy was very professional and I felt like he went the extra step to help me out. Dear BC and Jeramy: I can't thank you enough for the beautiful '83 Olds 98 Regency Brougham I just purchased from you. Letter to the Editor

Although I was only looking to spend a few hundred dollars John Henry was very attentive and caring, and even went out on the lot to inspect the car and drive it before he would discuss me purchasing it. Then he impressed me even further by offering to drive from Bonham over to Sherman where I live to take me back to inspect and test the vehicle for myself.

Upon my decision to purchase the vehicle John walked me through the whole process, introducing me to other staff and assisting me with the finalization of the purchase. With the attention and care that I received at the hands of everyone that I met, right down to the young man who washed and vacuumed my vehicle before I left the lot, you would have thought that I was spending thousands instead of just a few hundred dollars with these nice people.

I was given a background on the vehicle, told exactly what was wrong with it and then asked if I was certain that I wished to purchase it with the problems that it had. Nothing was hidden from me, and my final decision to purchase was based on full disclosure of the vehicle’s “faults” from the staff.

I even received a phone call from John after I reached my home in Sherman to make sure that I and my vehicle had arrived safely and without incident. This was followed up with a call from the General Manager of Bonham Chrysler, as well as a thank you note from John Henry himself.

As far as I am concerned, Bonham Chrysler has my business for the rest of my life. If they treat me like royalty when I spend just a few hundred dollars with them, I can only imagine what will happen when I go back to purchase a newer vehicle.

Just wanted everyone to know how Bonham Chrysler Jeep Dodge was when I bought my new truck. I had a great experience. They made the buying process quick and easy. The fellas over there were kind and respectful to me and my wife. They helped me get the truck I really wanted at a great price. I went to a few other dealers in the area, but they did not beat the price I got at Bonham Dodge. I bought a Dakota pick up truck and have been more than happy with it. It is very much worth the drive out there. Go talk to them if you are in the market for a new car or truck. Garrett
